While infographics cannot possibly adequately explain more complex processes of human physiology and nutritional science, they do wonders in simplifying more complicated concepts and make it more universally digestible for the general population who are just trying to get fit. They seem to have found their stride in recent years and some of the bigger names in fitness and nutrition are in on the action. Infographics are those neatly arranged condensed bites of information intended to give a concise look at any given concept. Even if you have only a passing interest in fitness, you have likely come across some of these nuggets on your Instagram and Facebook feeds (and that snappychatter thing all the kids use). ![]()
